Rights of Home-based Workers

Promoting Human Rights literacy and awareness is one of the main functions of the NHRC, as per section 12(h) of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993. The Commission has been serving this encompassing purpose within its best means. This booklet is part of a series commissioned by the NHRC as reference material on human rights education in Indian universities.
