Informal Workers in Senegal: A Statistical Profile
This brief focuses on six groups of informal workers in Senegal who comprised over three-quarters of total employment in 2019, where 84 per cent of employment is informal. Data focus on the share of employment that is informal by sex, and provides insight into status of employment and industries where informal home-based workers are found, as well as informal workers' education levels and ages.
