Empowering Home-based Workers in India: Strategies and Solutions

This publication is an outcome of a grant from the Tata Trusts to the Harvard University South Asia Institute for a project on 'Livelihood Creation in India through Social Entrepreneurship and Skill Development.' The project explores strategies for strengthening the educational, social and economic empowerment of women. WIEGO International Coordinator Marty Chen compiled the publication, which includes articles from WIEGO and HomeNet South Asia.
