The Trades Union Congress (Ghana) is Ghana’s national centre for organized labour. It works to protect workers’ rights, promote decent work and advance social justice through its affiliated unions, collective action and social dialogue. Ghana TUC has also prioritized organizing workers in the informal economy, including own-account workers, so that they can gain stronger representation and a collective voice on labour rights, working conditions and socio-economic issues.
