The Second Latin American Meeting of Home-based Worker Organizations and Supporters was held from 23 to 25 May 2017 in Santiago de Chile. Home-based workers from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Nicaragua, Peru and Uruguay exchanged information, discussed future activities, and developed a regional action plan.
The opening session on 23 May, brought together workers, local government officials, NGOs, and union representatives.
