The Asociación Nacional de Recicladores de Colombia (ANR) is a national third-level organization made up of regional organizations that bring together grassroots groups of occupational waste pickers across Colombia. ANR represents waste pickers in defending their shared interests, strengthening their organizations and influencing public policy to protect their livelihoods, improve working and living conditions, and secure recognition and remuneration for recycling and waste recovery as part of the public waste-management service.
