Act Concerning Manpower: Indonesian Labour Law, 2003

This Act on Manpower seeks to ensure the creation of equal opportunity and provision of manpower that suits the need of national development, the protection and safeguarding of the fundamental rights of workers, the improvement of the welfare of people and to secure the implementation of equal opportunity and equal treatment without discrimination.
